Brabender Loss-in-Weight Batch Feeders

One of the numerous Brabender solutions for accurate bulk ingredient batching is the loss-in-weight batching method. This method can be applied with every Brabender loss-in-weight feeder due to special batch programs for the single and multi-feeder controllers from the Congrav® controller line.

The principle is based on measuring the hopper weight when starting the batch and switching ingredient dispense off when reaching a target weight computed by the controller after the desired batch has been entered.

Digital high-resolution load cells, serial weight data transmission to the high-tech controller and special modes of approaching the target weight ensure utmost accuracy.
