If a component of your feeder should 
unexpectedly be defective, our repair 
service is there to mend it. As a general 
rule, you will get your repaired compo-
nent back within 2-3 weeks.

On request particularly urgent repairs 
can be performed within 2-3 work days 
without additional cost, unless you make 
use of our exchange service. You simply 
send us an e-mail and let us know when 
and by whom the defective component 
will be delivered to us.
